About the role
Due to expansion in our business, we are seeking to appoint a full time Funeral Arranger and Conductor to join our friendly and committed team. This a multi facet role encompassing all areas of funeral care, including;
Arranging and conducting Funeral Services
General office and reception duties .
Cleaning, grounds and vehicle maintenance

Skills and experience
The successful applicant will have the ability to work autonomously and under supervision when required, as well as a proven ability to work in a small but close-knit team. The successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate;
High level time management skills,
Assertiveness when required and be able to give clear and concise instructions and direction
Ability to manage stressful situations in a fast-paced work environment.
Established communication and interpersonal skills
Competency with 'office' computer programs, as well as the ability to learn new programs efficiently
Drivers Licence and regular access to a vehicle
Experience within the funeral Industry may be beneficial, but is not essential, as we are primarily looking for an individual that can display a portfolio of generalised skills and experience that are transferable to the Funeral Industry, rather than specific industry experience.
A genuine desire to help people at a difficult time in their lives.
Please note, this can be a strenuous role requiring long periods of standing, and at times lifting.
